How Return Works

1. Park in spaces 1–8

  • Return the vehicle to any Fox Rent A Car marked, open space 1–8 inside the Parking Garage.

2. Take and email return photos

3. Place lockbox in glove box

  • Put the lockbox securely inside the vehicle’s glove box.

4. Lock the vehicle

  • Ensure all doors are closed and the vehicle is locked.

5. Drop keys in the Key Drop Box

  • Place keys inside the RFID pouch, then drop them in the Key Drop Box near the elevators.

6. Watch for your receipt

  • A copy of your rental agreement will be emailed to you within 24 hours of return.

  • Spaces 1–8 on Level 2 (indoors).
  • Use the RFID pouch and the Key Drop Box by the elevators.
  • Email photos to readysetgo@foxrentacar.com.
  • Receipt emailed within 24 hours.

Bring the vehicle to the DoubleTree Downtown parking garage. Park in any open space 1–8 and follow the steps on this page to finish your return.

What photos are required?

Fuel gauge, odometer mileage, and the exterior on all sides. Email to readysetgo@foxrentacar.com.

Where is the Key Drop Box?

Next to the glass entry doors on Level 2. Place keys in the RFID pouch first, then drop.

When will I get my receipt?

Within 24 hours of return, a copy of your rental agreement will be emailed to you.
