How Return Works

Park in return spaces 1–2 on Level 1

Return the vehicle to the designated return spaces 1–2 on Garage Level 1.

Take and email return photos

  • Fuel gauge (close‑up)
  • Odometer mileage
  • Exterior (all sides)

Place lockbox in glove box

Put the lockbox securely inside the vehicle’s glove box.

Lock the vehicle

Ensure all doors are closed and the vehicle is locked.

Drop keys in the Key Drop Box

Place keys inside the RFID pouch, then drop them in the Key Drop Box located next to the glass entry doors.

Watch for your receipt

A copy of your rental agreement will be emailed to you within 24 hours of return.

Where to Return

Bring the vehicle to the DoubleTree Downtown parking garage and head to Level 1. Park in any open return space 1–2 and follow the steps on this page to finish your return.

Tip: The Key Drop Box is next to the elevators/stairs foyer in the parking garage on Level 1.
