How Pickup Works

Sign your digital rental agreement

We’ll email your agreement to sign and initial electronically.

Email your ID selfie for verification

Send a photo of yourself holding your driver’s license to readysetgo@foxrentacar.com. Our team will validate your license.

Receive space & PIN via SMS

Once verified, we’ll text you (via Dialpad) your Parking Space # and a Lockbox PIN to access your keys.

Vehicles are parked indoors on Garage Level 1.

Use the lockbox PIN to retrieve your keys. You’re all set — enjoy the drive!

Where to Find Your Car

All vehicles are parked indoors on Level 1 of the parking garage at the DoubleTree Downtown. Follow signage to Level 1 and locate your assigned space number.

Tip: If you're being dropped off to pick-up the car, there is no need to drive into the garage. The pick-up spaces are just inside the security gate. We recommend that you are dropped off outside the gate and walk into the garage.

What counts as a valid “ID selfie”?

Use your phone’s camera and take a clear photo of you holding your driver’s license (front side visible). Make sure your face and license details are readable in good lighting.

What if I don’t receive the SMS with my space & PIN?

First, check your signal and that the number on file is correct. Then call +1 415-523-6398 so we can resend the text message with PIN.

Do I have to email vehicle photos before I can receive the PIN?

Yes — sending exterior vehicle photos protects you and ensures our records are accurate.

Which email should I use for sending vehicle photos?

When do I send photos of the fuel and mileage?

Fuel and mileage photos should be sent prior to exiting the rental location.
