I was super hesitant after reading all the reviews on here, but going through Capital One This location was one of the best offers that I could find . When we got there the worker Rola, who helped us was super helpful and kind. Helped explained the toll pass to me and wasn’t pushy at all. I was really worried about what kind of car we were gonna end up with (hubs is 6’1) , but I feel like my kindness went a far way as well because she upgraded us from a full-size sedan into a beautiful VW Atlas SUV. The car was in immaculate shape, had a full tank of gas and worked wonderfully for what we needed it for . We weren’t pushed into any other offers. I was easily able to decline the extra insurance and the gas add on. I just simply said no, and she moved on. Returning The car was even easier truly just dropped it off and handed off the keys. the shuttle to pick us up we had to wait for about 15 minutes ( was about 8am on a Thursday, I’m guessing we JUST missed him as the location isn’t far from the airport at all) but we lucked out and had the transfer shuttle there as soon as we dropped off the vehicle and had us to the airport in no time. I did mention to the girl though that the car definitely needed new windshield wipers because driving in the tsunami rain and having it smudge across was not safe and really annoying. So hoping she actually took that into consideration and told the mechanics. Would definitely rent here again and hope to get Rola again!

I had a great experience with Fox Car Rental in Orlando! I will definitely use them again. I was a little worried because my flight arrived after 11pm, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Check in was fast, car was super clean (2025 Nissan Altima) and drop off was without issue. All the fees were explained ahead of time and no unexpected charges. The most pleasant surprises were the friendliness of the shuttle drivers, checkin staff and drop off agent. I left my EZ pass in the car and the drop off agent brought it to me on the shuttle! Overall a great, positive experience and value! Thanks!

This location is convenient to all the Orlando hotels & theme parks. While the Fox Rental Car location is not at the airport, it is still conveniently located nearby, within proximity to the Orlando airport. Mehdi helped my friend and me with our rental needs and provided us with a splendid upgrade from a smaller Nissan Versa to a slightly larger Nissan Sentra. All the employees were super helpful and friendly. I did, however, have an issue upon drop-off since the black side piece from the car was missing, which was noted, but it was my fault since I had lost the inspection document. Mehdi told me not to worry about it, but I had a slight issue at the Fort Lauderdale Fox location regarding the missing piece. I recommend that Fox document incidents on a tablet instead of using old-fashioned paper, so that if I were to drop off any rentals at a different location, it would be appropriately documented. The issue was not with the Orlando location, but rather with the drop-off destination at Fort Lauderdale airport. This is not the fault of the Orlando location, but rather a misunderstanding on my part. I will definitely come here next time when I need to rent a car to go from one city to another in the state.
