After I booked, I checked the reviews and I was truly worried about this company. But in reality it was the best experience—great customer service. I booked a full-size SUV and they gave me a Nissan Pathfinder AWD. The car was clean, very nice, and I had the rental within a few minutes. There was no line and enough agents to help customers. Dropping off the car was super quick. Out of all rental car companies I’ve dealt with, Fox is the best one.

Rented from Fox for the week leading up to Memorial Day. Not only did they have the best price, but they upgraded us to an AWD SUV at no cost. The car was brand new with a couple hundred miles on it and was still great on gas as we drove all around Colorado. We had to stay an additional day due to weather and they extended the reservation without issue. Turn-in was a breeze, and transportation to and from the terminal was easy.

I was very leery of booking with Fox since I hadn’t heard of them and the location isn’t in the main rental car area. They blew my expectations out of the water. The shuttle was quick—we were on the train to the shuttle area and to Fox within 15 minutes of getting off our plane. Cynthia was a delight and calmed my nerves. They marked scratches before we left. Returning the car was simple and we were quickly back to the shuttle. I would absolutely recommend this location and will use them again.
