Cancellation
If you made a reservation directly with Fox Rent a Car at www.foxrentacar.com or our call center, please use the same source to cancel your reservation. Fox does not charge a cancellation fee but does request such cancellation notice as soon as travel plans have changed. If you made a reservation through another provider (Expedia, Priceline etc.) please use the same source to cancel your reservation. Some providers may charge for the cancellation of a reservation if not canceled within a specific time frame. In order to alleviate such charges (cancellation fee or penalty) check with the provider and cancel the reservation directly with the provider.

Valid Drivers License and major credit card must be presented upon arrival at rental counter. Name on credit card and Drivers License must match. International renters must also present a passport and a valid drivers license from their country of residence. If the license is of non-Latin alphabet an international driving license will be required.
MULTIPLE or DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS - If you require multiple vehicles for the same or overlapping time periods, please make sure to use a different name for each reservation otherwise the duplicate name reservation will automatically be canceled. FOX will not be responsible for any canceled reservations.

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of rental to avoid refueling charges.
Driving restrictions - driving of rental vehicle is restricted to Puerto Rico island.
Reservations will be honored for a minimum of 2 hours after the confirmed pickup date and time.
If the booking is paid online, the branch will wait until closing time.
If the booking is to pay at pickup time the branch will wait maximum one hour (unless you call)
If a flight number is provided, the branch will wait until closing time. If they close, they will give you the car next day.
For pay upon arrival reservations, you must contact the location directly to inform them of the delay and prior to the scheduled arrival time for the car to be held.

SLI - Supplemental liability insurance extends the coverage of legal liability per occurrence. The liability insurance limits the responsibility of the customer over damages it may cause to third parties or properties. It does not cover injury to you, passengers, or damage to the rented vehicle. Cost USD 21.95/day. Limits of Liability 10/20/10. Cost USD 27.95/day. Limits of Liability 100/300/50.
CDW - Collision Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability for damage to the vehicle its parts and accessories except for theft attempted theft or vandalism provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Cost USD 29.95/day, deductible USD 500 for sedans. Cost USD 31.95/day, deductible USD 250 forsedans, deductible USD 700 for vans and SUVs.
SCDW - Super Collision Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability for damage to the vehicle its parts and accessories except for theft attempted theft or vandalism provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Cost USD 34.95/day, deductible USD 500 with 10/20/10 liability for sedans. Cost USD 39.95/day, deductible USD 700 with100/300/50 liability for vans and SUVs.

If you have purchased or are relying on a third party collision damage waiver, any damage to the vehicle will be charged to your credit card and the renter will need to seek reimbursement from the third party policy.
Unused funds will be returned through the credit card processor after vehicle return.

Puerto Rico has a network of toll roads. The cost of tolls vary. For your convenience vehicles equipped with Auto Expreso (E-Z pass) device. If you use the device you will be charged a one-time activation fee of USD 10.00, plus incurred tolls.
