If you made a reservation directly with Fox Rent a Car at www.foxrentacar.com or our call center, please use the same source to cancel your reservation. Fox does not charge a cancellation fee but does request such cancellation notice as soon as travel plans have changed. If you made a reservation through another provider (Expedia, Priceline etc.) please use the same source to cancel your reservation. Some providers may charge for the cancellation of a reservation if not canceled within a specific time frame. In order to alleviate such charges (cancellation fee or penalty) check with the provider and cancel the reservation directly with the provider.

The actual rate you pay will be calculated by converting the U.S. Dollar (USD) amount into the local currency using a published exchange rate established by the local rental company. When converted, the amount will best represent the original quote. However, due to currency fluctuation variances may be unavoidable. Your credit or debit card company may convert the amount back into USD, and may apply additional conversion fees and surcharges. Because conversion rates may differ, the final total USD charge to your credit card may be higher than the USD total rate estimated on this website.

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental to avoid refueling charges. An additional refueling service fee of 30 percent will apply to the standard fuel price if vehicle is returned with missing fuel.
Crossing and exiting Israel borders and/or the Palestinian Authority Territories with the rental vehicle is strictly forbidden with no protection coverage provided.
Reservations will be honored for a minimum of 2 hours after the confirmed pickup date and time.
If the booking is paid online the reservation will be honored for a minimum of 4 hours, or until closing time.
If the booking is to pay at pickup time the branch will wait maximum one hour (unless you call)
If a flight number is provided, the branch will wait until closing time. If they close, they will give you the car next day.
For pay upon arrival reservations, you must contact the location directly to inform them of the delay and prior to the scheduled arrival time for the car to be held.
Fox Call Center is unable to assist in these matters. Every effort will be made to accommodate based on fleet availability. Location will confirm at time of contact.

Written proof of coverage in Israel for damage and theft from a third party or bank issuer of the credit card is presented at time of rental. An additional deposit of up to the full value of the vehicle is required at time of rental.
LIA. Minimum Liability Coverage is Mandatory for customers that decline CDW/LDW & THE, provided these are covered by the credit card company. Required to cover items not covered by the credit card company as blowouts, tire/trim damage, underbody damage and vandalism caused not as a result of vehicle collision and third party damage.

Domestic one-way rentals are available between Fox-Europcar locations in Israel. One Way Fee of USD 200 will apply for 1-2 day rentals between EILAT and all other locations, while FREE for 3+ days. When available, the one-way fee will be reflected in the total price.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS - A charge equal to the estimated amount of the rental plus an additional charge of USD 600 to 1,500 (amount depends on class rented and coverage accepted) is required at time of rental.
