Availability of Pay Now rates and discounts is limited, may change without notice, may be subject to blackout dates, and is void where prohibited by law.
All renters must meet Fox Rent A Car’s standard age, driver, and credit requirements.
Pay Now discounts apply to base time and mileage rates only. Taxes, fees, surcharges, and optional items (insurance/coverage, car seats, GPS, additional drivers, etc.) are excluded.
Optional items may be selected during booking but are paid separately at the rental counter upon pickup.
Taxes, fees, and surcharges are calculated and charged at the time of booking.
Pay Now discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional programs.

If you booked your Pay Now reservation through a third-party website (online travel agency, etc.), any changes or cancellations must be made directly with that booking source.
A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking in accordance with your pickup location’s Local Policy. You authorize Fox Rent A Car to apply this deposit against any rental charges or additional fees due. Deposits are refunded after the rental is completed. See “Payment and Credit Card” policies for full details.
Pay Now reservations cannot be modified. To make changes, cancel your existing reservation and rebook at current rates on foxrentacar.com.
Any change to your pickup or drop-off date, time, or location requires a cancellation and a new booking at current rates.
Standard Fox policies for early/late returns, extensions, and third-party reservations apply.
Reservations booked on third-party sites must be managed directly through your original booking source.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund to the card used for purchase.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup will result in forfeiture of the full prepaid amount.
Customers who have purchased CFARP may cancel their prepaid reservation up to 48 hours after the scheduled pickup time and receive Fox Bucks Store Credit for the full amount paid (minus the cost of CFARP).
Reservations booked on third-party sites are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of that booking source.
