Despite some of the negative ratings I've seen, my experience with this agency was excellent! Our rental car worked perfectly all week and was impeccably clean. The best part was the complete transparency—we encountered no extra or hidden payments. I used a promotion with my Capital One card and I couldn't be happier with the overall value. The only minor delay was during check-in, as there was a queue and fewer employees than needed. However, this was not a big deal since we only waited about 20 minutes, and our agent was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service!

5 out of 5 stars. We snagged an incredible deal online for their mystery vehicle. I had read the reviews and was super nervous on what to expect. I felt like the deal was too good to pass up, so we snagged it. The confirmation email was easy to understand & explained the 2 shuttles with clarity. Upon arrival at the airport getting to the shuttles was easy & no problem at all. We arrived at Fox, experienced the hour wait that most people discussed in the reviews & being prepared to wait was key. Yes, the building is dated & could stand some more seating, but it was fine. We ended up being checked in by the manager (Great guy! We enjoyed chatting with him). We moved through the process quickly once out of line & we were sent on our way with a wonderful rental. Return was super easy & no issues. Overall the process was great. We will always rent with Fox when in Vegas. Thank you for a positive experience.

We love Fox rental! 2nd time renting and we love the value and service! Their employee Z at the front desk took care of us both times and she was super nice and sweet. Cars can be cleaner and better maintained but at their price point, you can't go wrong.

  3. Check out holiday dates as this can make the Las Vegas roads even busier.
  4. Fill up your gas tank before you leave the city if you’re planning to explore as gas stations are limited on the open road.
  5. There are a few places in Las Vegas where you can find free parking, or validated parking if you eat at a restaurant or visit a casino. You may be able to find a space in a hotel parking lot, but you’ll have to pay. The alternative is to park in a garage.
