DEPOSITS:
A credit card authorization in the amount of USD/250.00 is required for each rental. The following methods of payment are accepted for deposit - Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX and Diners Club.
Note: cash, travelers checks and debit cards are not accepted for deposit authorization.

PAYMENTS:
The following methods of payment are accepted for payment - Cash, Travelers Cheques, VISA/Visa Debit, Master Card/Master Card debit, Discover, AMEX and Diners Club.

CDW is not mandatory. CDW is USD/15.00 per day for all cars where the renter is reponsible for up to USD/1500.00 in damages.

Glass and Tire Protection is available.USD/3.00 per day for glass and USD/1.00 per day for tire.

Minimum Age: 21
Age 21 to 24 - Surcharge applies. USD/5.00 DAILY

If your reservation was confirmed directly with FOX Rent A Car by utilizing the reservation call center at 1-800-225-4369, or through the FOX Rent A Car web page at www.foxrentacar.com, please use the same source to cancel your reservation. FOX does not charge a cancellation fee, but does request such cancellation notice as soon as travel plans have changed.


If your reservation was confirmed through another provider (booking site, outside source, etc.), please use the same source to cancel your reservation. Some providers (booking site, outside source, etc.) may charge for the cancellation of a reservation if not cancelled within a specific time frame.Cancellation of a reservation directly thru FOX Rent A Car when confirmed thru another provider, may not relieve your responsibility with that provider. In order to alleviate such charges (cancellation fee or penalty) check with the provider and cancel the reservation directly with the provider.

Reservations will be honored for a period of six hours after the confirmed pick up date and time.

MULTIPLE or DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS - If you require multiple vehicles for the same or overlapping time periods, please make sure to use a different name for each reservation, otherwise the duplicate name reservation will automatically be cancelled. FOX will not be responsible for any cancelled reservations.

Baby Seat - USD/ 5.00 per day
Roof Rack - USD/5.00 per day

There are no restrictions on driving area

Additional Driver - USD/3.00 per day

Open from 5 am to 10 pm.
NOTE - The latest reservation time is 1/2 hour prior to closing.

All valid drivers licenses are accepted but a local driving permit is required to drive in St. Lucia. This can be obtained at the location for a charge of USD/ 27.00. Original drivers license must be presented.
