You must make your reservations from Fox on the
www.foxrentacar.com to earn your points

Terms of Sale  
 
  • Reservations must be made in your name, on the www.foxrentacar.com web site, in order to earn points.
  • We cannot issue points for reservations made prior to becoming a Fox rewards member.
  • When you make a reservation and want to earn points you must ALWAYS enter your Fox Rewards number on the reservation form or you will not receive points for that rental.
  • SuperCertificates are redeemable at http://www.giftcertificates.com/ for gift certificates of merchants listed at the website. They cannot be used on the websites or in the stores of any of GiftCertificates.com's participating merchants.
  • SuperCertificates may also be redeemed by calling 1-800-773-7368 if a person does not have Internet access.
  • SuperCertificates are not redeemable for cash or for American Express® Gift Cheques.
  • If the amount of your purchase is greater than the value of your SuperCertificate, your credit card will be charged for the excess amount.
  • Promotional SuperCertificates may have shorter expiration periods than regular SuperCertificates and are not subject to replacement.
  • Promotions are not valid when redeeming SuperCertificates.
  • SuperCertificates are not valid for prior purchases.
  • SuperCertificates are redeemable only by residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Merchants  
 
  • The merchants available at GiftCertificates.com are subject to change. GiftCertificates.com makes no guarantee that the merchants will remain the same or that a particular merchant will be available at all times. See the complete list of current merchants at www.GiftCertificates.com.
  • The customer is subject to the limitations and rules of the merchant whose gift certificate the customer redeems with the SuperCertificate. GiftCertificates.com is not responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any merchant's gift certificate.
  • GiftCertificates.com is not responsible for merchants that are no longer in business or that change their location(s). The merchant locations listed at this site are listed as a guide only and GiftCertificates.com does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
  • GiftCertificates.com does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, product, or content of any merchant.
Shipping  
 
  • GiftCertificates.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses other than those in Puerto Rico.
  • Emailable and physically shipped certificates are subject to the same verification rules, which could prevent an emailable certificate from being sent the same day as the day of order.
  • All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays.
  • GiftCertificates.com is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Returns and Exchanges  
 
  • SuperCertificates or merchant gift certificates will not be exchanged and are not subject to returns for credit or refunds.
Lost or Stolen Certificates  
 
  • GiftCertificates.com will not replace a gift certificate that is lost or stolen after being received.
  • If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 13 days of the shipment date, GiftCertificates.com may cancel and replace such order, provided the holder submits to GiftCertificates.com a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate within 60 days of the shipment date. Upon receipt of such affidavit and provided a balance remains on the certificate(s) from such order, GiftCertificates.com will initiate a review process. The certificate may or may not be replaced, depending upon the outcome of such review. GiftCertificates.com will not replace any lost or stolen certificates if the Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate was not received within the 60-day period. To initiate the investigation, the customer should call 1-800-773-7368.
Expiration  
 
  • SuperCertificates generally have an expiration of 13 months from the date of issuance, except where prohibited by law. A certificate held by a resident of a state that prohibits an expiration date may be sent back to GiftCertificates.com and, upon submittal of proof of residency in such state by the certificate holder together with the return of such certificate, a new certificate will be sent as a replacement.
Fox Rewards Program Terms
  • Fox Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
  • FoxRewards are applied towards the total price of your Fox rental. The customer pays the difference remaining for the grand total of the rental. The customer pays for taxes. No credit issued if redemption is more than rental cost.
  • To earn Reward Points you must enter your Reward Number when you make your make your online reservation from Fox on the www.foxrentacar.com website.
  • Reward points are earned only if the reservation is made from Fox on www.foxrentacar.com . (No other sources of reservations are acceptable.)
  • Counter agents and Fox Phone Agents are unable to redeem or add points or answer any questions regarding the Fox Rewards Program. Please direct all questions or concerns to rewards@foxrentacar.com.
  • It takes up to 3 working days after the close of your contract to see your points online. If you close your contract on a weekend, please allow until Tuesday to see your points online.
  • Fox Reward Points are not transferrable.
  • Fox Reward Points have no expiration date. There are no blackout periods.
  • If a Fox Rewards Points account is innactive for 12 consectutive months with no earned points it is subject to cancellation.
  • Only time and mileage charges count towards Fox Rewards. Taxes and other charges do not earn Fox Rewards
  • Fox Rewards are governed by the laws of California
  • This terms are subject to change at any time, without notice, by Fox Rent A Car. Please review our Terms & Conditions page regularly to see any modifications.
