Just because you’re under 21 doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to rent a car. After all, you’re in one of the biggest groups of non-car owners and probably need the car the most, right? Don’t let your age stop you. FOX will help you get a discount rental car for Spring Break or other event, or if you need more than one vehicle so you can all travel together, we offer a group rental program. (Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information; we can call you directly and get you set up!)
So what are FOX’s policies on rental age requirements? The minimum age for renters and drivers is 19. (Minimum age for renters and drivers on government order authorized to rent a car is 18.) It’s pretty easy to rent with FOX — bring your driver’s license and form of payment, and you’ll need to be prepared for the $250 deposit. Your driver’s license will need to match the name on your form of payment. You can use a debit card but there are a few details about debit card usage you should be aware of; to get a breakdown of those, please visit our Rental Policies page and click the location at which you’ll be renting a car. http://www.foxrentacar.com/rental-policies.aspx
FOX offers discount rental prices but if you’re under-age, there is a $14.00 per-day fee added on. Keep that in mind when you reserve so you aren’t surprised later on. You can also discuss add-ons during the reservation process, and if you need help, Fox customer care is available online in chat form or via our toll-free numbers.
Whatever you need, let us know. We want to make your rental experience a positive one!
