The rental extensions department is open Monday thru Friday 9am until 4:30pm. In
order to extend your rental we require you to both read the disclosure and
supply the required information below. Reading the disclosure and supplying the
required information does not guarantee extension of the rental period. An
email confirmation or denial of the extension period will be returned within
four hours of receipt of the request. Requests submitted after 3PM PST will be
reviewed and answered next business day.
Rental Extension Disclosure:

Rentals on a cash deposit basis can only be extended in person at the FOX
rental location.

At time of request vehicle cannot be past the due back date more than 24 hours.

Only the primary renter (name and credit card on rental agreement) can request
an extended rental period.

Entire rental period can not exceed 30 days.

Per the rental agreement, all additional rental days past return date as stated
at time of rental will have a daily rate increase of $10.00 per day

If extension period is confirmed and approved estimated amount of charges for
the entire rental period will be captured (charged on the credit card) and
applied as deposit on the rental agreement.

An additional credit card authorization (in addition to captured estimated
charges for the rental period) will be taken in the amount of $100.00. (Debit
Card Rentals require estimated charges plus $250.00 as a deposit)
